Q: How long does shipping take? A: Orders ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery takes 7-14 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Currently we only ship within the United States. International shipping coming soon!
Q: What if my order is lost or damaged? A: We'll replace it or refund you immediately. Email support@skinrevive.com with your order number.

Q: How do I use the system? A:
Morning routine (5 minutes):
- Ice roll face/body for 5 minutes
- Apply collagen serum while skin is cold
Evening routine (2-3x per week):
- Ice roll for 5 minutes
- Apply PDRN Pink Collagen mask for 20 minutes
- Remove mask, apply serum
Q: How long until I see results? A: Most customers see visible firming within 14 days. Some see results in 5-7 days, especially with puffiness and texture. For best results, use consistently for 60 days.
Q: Will this work on my stomach/arms/thighs? A: Yes! The ice roller and serum can be used on any area with loose skin. Most customers use it on face, neck, arms, stomach, and thighs.
Q: I lost 20 pounds. Will this work for me? A: Yes! The system works for any amount of weight loss. Whether you lost 20 or 100 pounds, loose skin is loose skin.
Q: I lost 100+ pounds. Is this enough? A: For major weight loss (75+ pounds), we recommend the VIP Transformation system (90-day supply) for best results. Some customers with extreme loose skin may need more than one round.
Q: Can I use this if I'm still losing weight? A: Yes! In fact, it's better to start now. Tightening your skin while you're losing weight prevents it from getting worse.
Q: Is this safe during pregnancy? A: We recommend consulting with your doctor before using any new skincare products during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Q: Can men use this? A: Absolutely! Loose skin doesn't discriminate. Many of our customers are men.
Q: Is this safe for sensitive skin? A: Yes. Centella is actually recommended for sensitive skin and is non-irritating. The serum is fragrance-free. The ice roller is just physical therapy (no chemicals).
If you have specific allergies or skin conditions, we recommend doing a patch test first (apply small amount to inner arm, wait 24 hours).

Q: What's your return policy? A: 60-day money-back guarantee. Try the system for up to 60 days. If you're not satisfied, email us for a full refund. You don't even need to send the products back.
Q: How do I request a refund? A: Email support@skinrevive.com with your order number. We'll process your refund within 24-48 hours.
Q: Are there any restocking fees? A: No! Full refund, no fees, no hassle.
Q: Why don't I have to return the products? A: We trust you. And we'd rather you keep the products than deal with return shipping. If it didn't work for you, that's on us.

Centella Masks: Centella Asiatica extract, marine collagen, hyaluronic acid, vitamin E, aloe vera, glycerin
Collagen Serum: Hydrolyzed collagen peptides, hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, retinol, niacinamide

Q: Are these vegan/cruelty-free? A: The ice roller is vegan. The masks and serum contain marine collagen (from fish), so they are not vegan. All products are cruelty-free (never tested on animals).
Q: Where are these made? A: Manufactured in FDA-registered facilities. The ice roller is made in China. The masks and serum are made in South Korea (K-Beauty standards).

Q: Do you have a subscription option? A: Not yet, but we're working on it! Join our email list to be notified when subscriptions launch.
Q: Can I buy the products separately? A: We don't sell them separately right now because the system works best when all three are used together. However, we do sell Mask Refill Packs ($19.97 for 10 masks) once you have the full system.
